Cheese & Butter making Workshop

Sunday, June 14th from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the Holy Angel Convent (3500 Saint Claude Ave -Bywater neighborhood). Unavailable to find traditional dairy products at stores around your neighborhood! Kathia Duran and Barbara Lovas will walk you through the techniques of making yogurt, Kefir, cream fraiche, Creole Cream Cheese and European-style butter at home. Cost $10 per person.
